Instituted 5 December 1841 by Prince Konstantin of Hohenzollern Hechingen and Prince Karl Anton of Hohenzollern Sigmaringen. (1905 1927 issue). Constructed of gilded silver with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Cross Patte with white enameled arms trimmed with black enameled borders, joined through the quadrants by a double sided circular green enameled laurel leaf wreath
