Use with or without the liner depending on your type of bread. Liner can be removed as used as a cover to prevent drying out for certain doughs as well. Suitable for approximately 525g to 725g (1. 1 lb to 1. 5 lb) of dough. Use of a stiff brush helps with cleaning of the liner and basket after use.
