Germany, HJ. A Rare Award Document for a 1939 National Trade Competition Victor’s Award Document to Heinz Harder United Republic of measuring from 70 mm (w)(HJ Reichssiegerabzeichen Urkunde). Constructed of off white paper stock with multi coloured ink, the obverse bearing a carefully printed dedication to Heinz Harder, who achieved the distinction of Reichssieger (National Victor) in the 1939 National Trade Competition for prowess in iron and metal shipbuilding, issued in Berlin, certified by the handwritten signatures of Reichsorganisationsleiter (Reich Organization Leader) Dr. Robert Ley and
