Tommyrotter Straight Bourbon Whiskey Blackberry cinnamon and nutmegThis limited release bourbon for 2017. Only 2,500 bottles of this unique product. With a sizeable amount of rye in the mash bill, there is certainly some spice, but the soul of this whiskey comes from its special cask finish. The last four months of this 5 and half year old bourbon were spent aging in Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon French oak barrels. The wine previously aged in these barrels was the 2012 Heritance Cabernet Sauvignon from one of Napa
