A Rare 1919 Commemorative Service Badge, Large Version, by Der Stahlhof consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac Al Valore Civile(Der Stahlhelm Diensteintrittsabzeichen 1919, groe Ausfhrung). Instituted 13 November 1933 by Franz Seldte. (1933 1939 issue). Constructed of silvered tombak with enamels, the obverse consisting of a black enameled medallion, overlaid by a raised Stahlhelm insignia, situated above a silvered date of 1919 topped by oak leaves, the reverse with a crimped hinge and tapering vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch emanating from a circular plate,
