Constructed of silvered brass, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, topped by a German State Crown, surrounding a central German national eagle clutching a bullseye target while in mid flight, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked but demonstrating the characteristics of late Third Reich production as a
