A Toronto Active Service Canteen Volunteer Worker's Badge 1939-1945 Archive going out of controlCanada; Three piece construction, brass with red enamels, unmarked, illustrating an open ended wreath of maple leaves, surmounted by the Royal crown, inscribed "ACTIVE SERVICE CANTEEN " and "VOLUNTEER WORKER" in the centre, surrounded by the inscriptions "1939 1945" above and "TORONTO" below, 42 mm (w) x 48. 5 mm (h), horizontal pinback, light crazing in the red enamels otherwise they are intact, extremely fine.
