Begonia maculata 'Polka Dot' Size:14cm bright purple flowers and greenBegonia maculata is a classic Begonia with long, asymmetric, angel wing leaves patterned in neat silver white polka dots over a rich olive green surface. Turn a leaf over and the underside is a vivid, solid red. It grows upright on bamboo like canes, eventually reaching a tall, structural form that adds height and drama to a collection. In the right conditions it produces sprays of delicate white flowers that hang in clusters from the stems. Origins
